What the day looks like
One day. Three dashboards. Presented by 5pm.
Everything happens at your office, on your laptops and your own Microsoft 365. Our training team is experienced in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft 365, so the focus stays on building.

Participants sign in with the Claude licences your company has prepared, and we connect Claude Cowork to Microsoft 365, ideally with your IT contact in the room.

How the HRD Corp claim works
The course is registered with HRD Corp. If your company is an HRD Corp-registered employer, the training can be claimed from your levy. We help your HR with the paperwork.

HR applies before training
Your HR submits the grant application on the HRD Corp portal. We only schedule the training once the grant is approved, so there is no training before approval.
Prepare licences, train, then claim
Before the day, your company provides a Claude licence for each participant (a prerequisite). We run the day at your office and provide the attendance and supporting documents for the claim.
Eligibility, claimable amounts and scheme rules are set by HRD Corp and can change. We confirm what applies to your company on the call.

Common questions
Is this training HRD Corp claimable?
Yes. The course is registered with HRD Corp, so HRD Corp-registered employers can claim it from their levy. Your HR applies for the grant before the training date, and we provide the documents needed. If you're not sure whether your company is registered, Alycia helps you check on the call.
What if the grant isn't approved?
We only schedule the training once your HRD Corp grant is approved, so there's no training before approval. If your company isn't HRD Corp registered, we can still run the same programme as self-funded training. Alycia goes through the options on the call.
Do we need Claude licences or IT access?
Yes. Each participant needs a Claude licence, provided by your company and ready before the training day. It's a prerequisite for the class. We'll confirm what Microsoft 365 access is needed on the discovery call, so your IT team can prepare it ahead of time.
Who should attend?
Staff who work in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint every day, such as finance, procurement, HR and operations teams, plus the managers who will use the dashboards. Some clients also bring their leadership team. We'll help you choose the right group on the call.
How many people can join?
11 to 25 participants per session. Larger teams run in multiple sessions. For fewer than 11 people, our public workshop is a better fit.
How long is it, and where?
One full day, in-house at your office (or a venue you arrange) in the Klang Valley. Training is in English.
Does our IT team need to be there?
We recommend it. Account setup and permissions are the most common blockers on the day. With an IT contact in the room, your team spends the day building instead of troubleshooting.
What happens on the discovery call?
A 30-minute call with Alycia covering your team size, dates, HRD Corp status, Claude licences, Microsoft 365 setup and which departments to focus on. If it's a fit, we send a proposal with a quotation and the documents your HR needs.
What do participants need on the day?
A laptop each, their Claude licence (provided by your company and set up before the day), their Microsoft 365 login and stable Wi-Fi.
